PowerSpeech™ Family

This chip is targeted for simple function speech market with its own ROM . It support simple programming and mask option for customers to develop simple ended products. It can drive a speaker directly; it contains 2 inputs, 2 input/output pins. All of the I/O pins can be configured by customers.
