Description	W55MID20, ID R/W Transponder (Tag), is one of Nuvoton MFID^WB series in WinRF family that focus on toy and consumer related applications. In ID programming mode, the programmable ID can be re-programmed by ID-writer meanwhile in ID-read mode, the W55MID20 can be either a single-tag or a multi-tag. Application with MFID^WB reader W55MID50 direct mode, the W55MID20 provides total 64-bit R/W programmable ID, if application with MFID^WB reader W55MID50 normal mode the total only 10-bit ID length can be used and also backward compatible with W55MID15 and W55MID35 in ID-read mode.

ID data retention: 10 years (typ.). Provides Manchester, PWM and FSK coding data format. Low power, low voltage operation. Operating distance: 0 ~ 5 cm. Operating temperature: 0 ~ 70^oC. Package: Dice form. Reference design PC board size: 2.0 x 3.0 cm²(with PCB antenna). Minimize external component: capacitor and PCB antenna only.
