Description	The ISD18A04 is a single-message 4 to 8 seconds record/playback device with wide operating voltage ranging from 2.4 to 5.5V. The device includes an on-chip oscillator, microphone amplifier, multi-level storage array and speaker amplifier. A minimum record/playback subsystem can be configured with a microphone, a speaker, some passive components, push buttons, and a power source. Recordings are stored in on-chip nonvolatile memory cells, providing zero-power storage. This unique, single-chip solution is made possible through Nuvoton¡¦s patented multilevel storage technology. Voice and audio signals are stored directly into memory in their natural form, providing high-quality, solid-state voice reproduction.
