Description	The NCT3016Y/NCT3012S is Nuvoton’s advanced power control IC which is specifically designed for desktop, notebook and any embedded system applications. It provides a mechanism to further lower the total system power consumption while the system is in S5 state. It blocks the entire system standby power that comes from the ATX power supplier via the control of the external transistor.NCT3016Y is a fully EuP power saving controller which provides Smart ASIC Timer for daily routine power saving management and wakeup control inputs. NCT3012S is a cost-effective solution and easy to make it into module.
